Parenting a teen through their journey of self-discovery can be challenging. This 6-week course is designed to help you move beyond the theory and into action.
Learn practical skills in a supportive group setting. We move away from textbook advice and focus on what actually works in the home. This course gives you hands-on tools, real-life examples, and interactive sessions to help you guide your teen towards independence with confidence.
What We Will Cover: Over six weeks, we will explore the three pillars of a confident teen: Self-Esteem, Self-Love, and the power of Being Seen.

Weeks 1-2: The Foundation of Self-Esteem Understanding the difference between confidence and self-worth. You will learn techniques to help your teen quiet their inner critic and build a stable sense of self that isn’t dependent on social media or peer approval.

Weeks 3-4: The Practice of Self-Love Moving beyond “self-care” buzzwords. We discuss how to model self-compassion and help your teen to treat themselves with kindness, especially when they fail or face rejection.

Weeks 5-6: Being Seen & Fostering Independence How to truly “see” your teen for who they are becoming, not just who they used to be. We finish with practical strategies for stepping back safely, allowing them to take the lead in their own lives.
